Enable and start ITM in Knowledge Forum

  1. Login in your Knowledge Forum community as a manager

https://kf6.rit.albany.edu |   https://kf6.ikit.org  (or other server)

  1. Click the Settings icon, then click Community Settings, select Idea Thread Mapper on the plugin list, Contribute(save)
  2. Send an email to ideathreadmapper@gmail.com for approval and support. You will hear back from ideathreadmapper@gmail.com confirming that your ITM is ready
  3. Login in your Knowledge Forum community,  click the ITM icon cropped-cropped-itmlogo3.jpg on the toolbar to start ITM.
