The “Teacher Space” is a place where the teacher(s) in a project can manage project members, create/manager connections with other buddy projects/classrooms, and access the message center.

1. How to add/remove members in a project?
The teacher can add/remove members in an ITM inquiry project. First, click “Teacher space”, and click “member management”. You can add a single member/ multiple members under the “Add member by users” list, or add a whole community by under “Add member by groups” list. Click “Add” button to finish. To remove any of the members, find the user on the member list, and click “REMOVE” on the right.
2. How to send an invitation to create a buddy project/classroom connection?
To send an invitation to other buddy projects, click the expand button on the left corner in ITM. Select “teacher space”, and choose “cross-project connection”. Click “add” to view other projects, and select the project that you want to add, type in a short message, and then click “invite” to complete. A pop-up window will show up to remind you the invitation has been sent.
3. How to accept an invitation?
To accept an invitation, click the expand button on the left corner in ITM. Select “teacher space”, and choose “message center”. From the “buddy project invitation” column, you can view all invitations from other buddy projects. Click “accept” to build a connection with another project.
4. How to disconnect from a buddy project?
To disconnect from a buddy project, click the expand button on the left corner in ITM. Select “teacher space”, and choose “cross-classroom connection”. From the “buddy project invitation” column, you can view all invitations from other buddy projects. Click “Disconnect” to disconnect from another project.
5. How to create a teacher’s reminder?
Teacher’s reminder is designed to enable teachers to make daily important announcements. Click the (“+” )plus sign in the teacher’s reminder area, a new dialog box will pop-up. Type in a title and some content, and select “Add”. A new reminder will show up in the teacher’s reminder box
